Late Arrival Policy:
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule your service because it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
This is to ensure that clients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary. We cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other clients.
A credit card is required to secure your appointment. You will not be charged unless you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW. People who change or cancel their appointment any time prior to their scheduled appointment will not be charged. NO SHOWS will be charged for their scheduled appointment.
